The Agent Rico D from the claims department is horrible she was mad because i asked her to spell out a name for me and was disrespectful no customer service at all hung up the phone and on top of that was laughing like is a game

Building looked nice. Didn’t get a chance to go inside, nor had any prior experience with the Insurance, so no comments on that. Overall the atmosphere was beautiful

HEARTBROKEN AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!! There should be a way for an individual to leave a negative star rating! My family has been with this company for over 50+ years. My father was so committed to this company. I tried to get my father to change companies when I was younger because in my opinion they were taking advantage of my parents. I buried my father after taking care of him (in-home hospice) in 2019. I still had to care for my sick mother as well while being under the doctor's care myself. I would give zero if that was possible bc that is the level of coverage they have provided. My dog had to go to ER bc she was sick (vomiting and pooping blood) and they didn’t cover it. How is that possible? If you don’t cover that you don’t cover what matters. Under no circumstances should anyone ever sign up for Nationwide insurance.
