Some of the people who work there are so MEAN
TERRIBLE!! I will NEVER use Nationwide, Allied, Scottsdale, or AMCO insurance again!!! I had nationwide for the first time 40 years ago. They canceled my policy within the first 60 days of coverage, stating I did not provide proof of prior coverage or that I had a roommate. Neither of these questions were on the original application, which I provide back to them in response to their cancelation. I also provided the proof of prior coverage in my initial response. Do not use ! I changed to this homeowners policy last year . We had a natural disaster—tornado go through our town ,a nationally known event. We lost shingles and nationwide refused to match our shingles and claimed they only had to replace the lost shingles . I’ve never experienced this disregard of honoring a policy and state law of matching . I called back nationwide and left messages and emails and they refuse to even call me back . Use a local trusted company , not nationwide .
