Hope you're not unfortunate enough to have your insurance company appoint these clowns to fix your car. Their customer service is almost as appalling as the standard of the work they do. Happily leave a job knowing it's not to an acceptable standard, then no rush to come and put it right.

Spent all day in with phone next to me waiting for them to call. Ended up ringing them through my insurance company. When I eventually got through to someone, they said they'd been trying to contact me all morning and could not get through! Other people had rung and spoke to me several times while I waited. The department was closed that could rearrange appointments, because its a weekend and they close earlier! Shocking service. Will the technician who attended to my repair was faultless. Knowledgeable, polite , friendly and did an excellent repair. Great communication prior to the attendance too. Would definitely use again. The admin staff were very helpful too. Thank you
Just been on hold for 55mins to ask when the person who is replacing my screen will be here (booked in for today with a note of after 11am if possible) Got fed up waiting so hung up. Absolutely shocking to have that long a wait. It's now 3.45pm and heard nothing from them even though I've sat at home all day waiting. Not holding her hope of them turning up now. Paid up front for this service as well, took them 2mins to take the money surprise surprise
