Avoid at any cost. Will take months after you request service for them to come and then provide you with an "estimate" after they complete the service and leave you no choice but to pay for something you would have denied the estimate for. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY
Terrible Customer Service! After a site visit & negotiations I agreed to 2 separate estimates (both for the same job). Both times I've had to send multiple emails & place several calls with little to no follow up despite accepting the estimate & ready to pay for the project. The owner Marcie got involved & apologized for the lack of professionalism only to follow the same pattern for several weeks. Needless to say it starts from the top.
