I worked with Nationwide Lifts on a project for my build-out in Malden MA, and I could not be happier with the customer service. My sales rep, Terry, was experienced, helpful, and patiently worked with me to design and provide the right solution for my project. Even when my project and schedule didn't go according to plan, Nationwide went above and beyond to help me out. I would definitely use them again, and recommend you do as well.
We have a lift at our home which allows my sister to get from the driveway into her house. Nationwide Wilmington's Team is unbelievable. We have had them both install and service our elevator and I cannot recommend them more! Responsive, Great Customer Service, Great quality products. When the elevator goes down which it rarely does Nationwide is there to help and I mean fast. This company cares about its customers, I wish there were more than 5 stars!
Don't expect anything other than what these guys promise you. Overall they were pleasant and easy both onsite and over the phone. If you ever want to take a ride on ours swing on by Witch DR. in Salem, MA. We are open daily 11-8pm.
Nationwide Lifts did a wonderful job retrofitting our lift for our home. They were reasonably priced and included things that the other quotes did not. They walked our General Contractor through the process and showed up when they said they would. They also finished on time. We are truly happy with their services. Bob and Terry are a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them. Terry always answers the phone and is extremely knowledgeable. We love our wheelchair lift! It has made our life so much easier.
We had been working on project development for a dumbwaiter with a competitor and they were unable to fulfill promises that they had made regarding machine room location and size. Terry and Bob not only were able to meet our machine room needs but exceeded all other expectations in terms of product quality, schedule, delivery and service. I will definitely be calling on them for our next elevator or dumbwaiter project.
