Superior Service Called the manufacturer of our residential elevator Savaria and requested a recommendation for a reliable maintenance service provider for our elevator (unfortunately, we had less that optimal service from others before). Savaria recommended NATIONWIDE LIFTS OF ILLINOIS and provided us with their phone number. We needed some service for our home elevator — Nationwide fixed it in about one hour. Highly recommended!
Nelly was the first person to return my call when my daughter’s wheelchair lift stopped working. Stephen came out first thing the next day. Problem diagnosed and part ordered. Lift repaired two later. Service and ability to work with us was wonderful. Went out of the way to get the lift working again. We couldn’t be more pleased. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
We needed to install an elevator in our house because I began needing a wheelchair. Casey was simply fabulous in helping us select the right product. Additionally, Casey and his team have been really remarkable in after sales support and service. They answer all calls promptly, return texts right away. I couldn’t be happier with them.
