What can I say? What a joke. A letter came in the mail that looks like it was addressed by a left handed 6 year old just learning how to scrawl letters on a piece of paper. Open the letter up and a very unprofessionally cobbled together form letter was inside. Obviously, this guy has never seen my farm. Offered me $105k for my greenbelt farm that is worth many, many times that amount. 1 acre lots that are a rock pile are going for more that that here. Offered 10% of what land is worth. This is a scam preying on those they can take advantage of.
Sent me an offer to purchase my land which is a slap in the face, over 100,000 less than the land is worth. Beware, they will low ball you, and are preying on people in dire financial situations. Sell your land privately and make get the money your land is worth.
