Answer the phone. Staff the front desk so the only phlebotomist doesn't have to do intake! This used to the best alternative to quest and labcorp but very disappointing that services have gone downhill. Called in advance and phone rings to voicemail. Called again and spoke to client services office that ramg over to boyton beach...while waiting and called boca office and can hear the phone ring but no other person picks up. Very dissatisfied after having a great experience the first time. What happened
