Wasn’t the dealership that I purchased my vehicle from but did a warranty repair with no hassle or games.
I travel here instead of a Kia dealer closer to home. Pleasant and professional service advisors. Prompt service. Reasonable prices. Decent coffee. Not crazy about their car wash arrangement with 3rd party around the corner. Otherwise, great.
I was told my Kia would need a 3,600$ repair that would take 8 hours to fix. They were gonna charge me over 2000$ in labor cost and 1500$ in parts. I got a second opinion from another mechanic and for the same fix they charged me 900$ total. The mechanic also said the part only costed 93$. Do not come here for services. You will be up charged and price gauged
My check engine light came on around 7:40am on a Thursday and was able to schedule an appointment to drop it off and have it looked at 8:45am. My car was ready by that following Monday afternoon. Eric was the assigned manager to oversee my car. He was great, he was so kind and polite. When my car was ready he setup a courtesy shuttle/Uber to pick me up and drop me off at the shop so I could pick my car up. 5 stars to Eric!
