I had a large dark stain on one of my heated/cooled leather seats. No one was even interested in trying to remove it, until someone suggested I take it to the dealer who sold me the car (Nationwide Kia). From the very start, Tracy Delgado OWNED the issue. She found a leather specialist and when I picked up the car the stain was gone. It is really a pleasure when you deal with someone who cares about your problem as much as you. Tracy is the best!
First time getting service for our Kia EV. Booked service online, night dropped the car the evening before, and got prompt updates from the service representative when they started and finished the job. They were extremely pleasant, professional, and the charges were very reasonably priced. We'll definitely return to this service department.

Certain customers get treated with Respect. Other customers don't even get a proper greeting. They get upset if you don't have an appointment and only tell you after that you should've had one to get a proper greeting. The oil change price fluctuates between $40 and $100 for the same vehicle. The service advisor will tell you the price or coupons depending on the mood they are in currently.
Wasn’t the dealership that I purchased my vehicle from but did a warranty repair with no hassle or games.
