If I could provide a "0" rating, I would do so! Do not go to this service center! They have completely ruined my vehicle from, forgetting to replace the oil cap and leaked ALL of the oil out of my Sorrento, to scratching it, neglecting to replace the engine splash shield and then being completely dismissive about the whole thing! Rude and unprofessional! I am actually filing a lawsuit against them. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU VALUE YOUR INVESTMENT!
Absolutely horrible service center! Had an engine replacement done in December 2025 and the very first oil change done five months later the starter suddenly goes up in their service bay! Asking $1000 to replace the starter even though it was a result of the faulty engine that it went bad! Filed a complaint to corporate and as a result, the vehicle was pushed out of the service bay by something causing a deep scratch and dent on the rear fender, then left in the lot completely disassembled with still no oil change!!
