The Administration of this company is pathetic. They lack in managerial positions, the disrespect their clients, and they mis treat their employees. I Do not recommend this company as we have used it, and never will again! I think the ladys name that is sooo unprofessional is Sarah Johnson?
I have worked for NJS for three years now, and although the pay scale isnt great, that is to be expected. Dan and Carol Draper are the owners and have always been open with me and treated me with respect. They expect me to do a professional job and I do. I work alone at two job sites and I also have access to the client, in order to maintain a good communication level. The people working each site should care enough to represent the company.
