Unprofessional not organized never in the office all u talk to is receptionist and voicemail
Was told there was no agent in the building. Was told by front desk that they couldn't help us. In accident and wanted to talk to someone about it and were told to call the other cars insurer. So why do have them for?
I had some questions and change of address. Maria was awesome! Very helpful to this senior who doesn't understand online services. Maria couldn't have been more pleasant and Courteous!
