I have been with Dowrey Stover Insurance Agency LLC since I was 16 years old, they were bought out by the woods agency, which is now aquisher ever since sue retired, this place has been a pain to work with i was going to leave this place and I was talked into staying saying they could get me better rates.And now I get random monthly charges to my card from the insurance.Provided to me and when I ask questions about something I paid in full, they give me a bullshit stuff about.Oh, well, you don't have the discount anymore.It ... read more

After I did cancel my insurance with this company, I received mail that it’s payment due for insurance. But I have paid my new insurance, and realized that this is dairyland. The guy that I talked to said that their insurance doesn’t cover Colorado (that’s why I canceled). After a month for a now they sent me a letter that they’re involving collection company? Why would I pay for something that I won’t gonna use? Really upsetting.

I would not recommend Sterling to anyone. The whole house is useless, not worth the money. The worker is a hypocrite.
