I’ve never had a problem with this company. All questions are answered and, if an answer isn’t immediately available, they are sure to research and follow up with a response. They never “leave you hanging” when you have a problem or question. They make me feel like family.
Have been using Weigner Insurance for many years for both auto and home insurance., and have never given serious thought to switching; no reason to. Carina is highly knowledgeable about the business and always works with us to find the best and lowest-cost options and opportunities for our family's insurance needs. She comes to the house (a fairly long distance) for periodic reviews and is always well prepared for the discussion, and follows up with whatever is needed afterwards.
I have all my insurance with Carina for much longer than she will probably admit to. Always have great service and have never had anyone beat their prices.
