Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life!
Just moved to these guys from State Farm last year. I had a hail storms two years ago and I could not get my roof repaired. Nowell gave me a better price on both my cars and house. This past March another hail storm came thru, these folks called me on a Sunday night to get my claim started early. I had a new roof within 2 weeks. I can't thank them enough. If you need a agent that helps and protects you this is place. Highly recommend.
By far the worst Agency ever, but unfortunately I’m stuck with them for a couple of years for multiple mistakes and misleading information on their end. I got quotes for them and in about 3 months was given another quote due to Marlee Barnes basically lying on my application that I previous had insurance when I didn’t so when the insurance asked for proof of course documents couldn’t be provided but I NEVER told her I had insured prior.
