After 18 years of paying Terry Warren for auto and home insurance, I transposed some numbers while paying my car insurance online. I was notified 2 days after my car insurance was canceled by them that I had no auto insurance. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! – After being with Terry Warren Nationwide Insurance for 18 years, auto and home, I paid my car insurance online. Apparently I transposed some numbers and the payment was not sent. Terry Warren's staff could not even be bothered to call me but instead, CANCELED my auto policy. I recieved notice 2 days later of the cancelation. In NC if you are without auto insurance you are fined $50/car...I have 3...$150.00.
