This is a top notch group. I’ve used Nationwide before through the national sales team, but Nick and Mary provide a much higher level of service. Got set up with everything I needed almost immediately, and both are quick to respond to any requests I have. Don’t call the 1-800 number and call these people!Â

Absolute trash agency. Get everything in email or writing because they will not remember. Disorganized and you get inconsistent answers depending on which agent you are talking to. Then you have to jump through hoops just to cancel with them. They will mess up your credit and then blame it on you. I was enrolled in autopay the whole time that I was with them so how do I owe them anything at all. Nobody told me that i owed them. They just sent me to collections.
