Initially had a great experience with them about 2 years ago. Recently tried to cancel insurance that we longer need but no response. Very frustrating as they never call you back, paperwork to cancel insurance sent in but they still keep billing you. Tried to contact all state directly but they keep transferring you to agency. Agency’s phone system does not work properly so you get stuck in a loop. Horrible experience with this agency, find someone else that will respond to your needs. 5 months in and no end in sight.

Awesome experience and they gave me better rates than Geico! It was a pleasure dealing with Julie who helped me on two occasions with my insurance needs. She's extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and helpful. The entire process was convenient and effortless on my part. Would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Service became very very poor. I did not expect this from Singh Agency. Julie was very very helpful in the past with my insurance needs. Now she is not available and others does not respond to calls or emails nowadays. So changing my ratings from 5 stars to 1 star.

It nice to have a broker that look out for it's customers interest. I haven't call to look for or request to look for a lower rate on my insurance, but Singh Agency Inc, was active checking rate for their members. I receive a call informing me that they had found a lower insurance coverage for me and if I be like to make the switch. Who will say no to a good offer even if you did not asked for it yourself? Thank you Singh Agency INC.
