Called 5x this morning to ONLY play GAMES with the receptionist. Picks up the one and can hear me saying "Hello Hello" and I know she can hear me as I can hear the background and typing and she proceeds to ignore my call. I called again and she is doing the same thing. I was under the impression we were working with Adults and I guess this is not the case. I had to call Anniston office whom helped and took care of the problem in less than 5 minutes and only took 1 call. Wish ALL of the offices operated the same. Sadly this i... read more
