Nationwide cancelled our business property policy after one claim in 30 years. The claim was related to a car hitting a structure on our property. The car owner and their insurance company accepted responsibility - even repaying our deductable. I called the agency asking for a review, they promised to look into the issue and call back and try and resolve the policy but I haven't heard back from them in three weeks.
