5 Stars for Laura who takes great care of the customers and doesn't make you feel like a burden or just another sale. Without Laura I would give this agency a 2 stars. The three other people I have talked to when needing to make changes have been condescending and lacked the appropriate knowledge of basic car insurance. Wait for Laura, she is the best.
Needed to do an update on our mileage online. There was a slight glitch on the app end as well as some user (me) difficulty and Leah Davis from Olmstead took care of it for me. So appreciate their customer service!
Laura was very helpful! Not only did she go above and beyond, she got us what we needed and then some. Trusting her with my family’s needs and she was so friendly and honest!

I don't think I can express enough how much I appreciated a phone call to them.
