Laura Currado is one of the best worker bees I’ve ever had the sincere pleasure of working with! I have been with Olmstead insurance for approximately 15 years and they’ve been very professional, competent and friendly every time that I talk to the office. In particular Laura and Deb are my Favourite agents because they always explain everything perfectly and they go out of their way to save money on our insurance needs! 5 Stars for Laura who takes great care of the customers and doesn't make you feel like a burden or just another sale. Without Laura I would give this agency a 2 stars. The three other people I have talked to when needing to make changes have been condescending and lacked the appropriate knowledge of basic car insurance. Wait for Laura, she is the best.

Needed to do an update on our mileage online. There was a slight glitch on the app end as well as some user (me) difficulty and Leah Davis from Olmstead took care of it for me. So appreciate their customer service!
