We've been with Nationwide for 2 years, our agent, Rob Lamb is an amazing Insurance Agent! He goes the extra mile and always has his eye open for ways he can save us money and get the best coverage for us. I have seen so many good reviews so I decided to give a try, but I called left a message on Sept 9 and no one called me back. I called on the 11th and I was able to talk to Lorrie, I was told she would send me a quote that afternoon, it's Monday and have not heard back. I have tried to call the office all morning and all I get is an answering machine.

We recently visited Nationwide to review and update our policies and as one who doesn't like going to car dealers, bankers or insurance agents I was quite pleased with the overall outcome. Your agent, Rob Lamb, makes it a very pleasurable experience. He is quite knowledgeable and makes one feel as he has our best interest at heart. Additionally, he makes recommendations that make sense and one doesn't feel pressured in the least. Look forward to continuing our relationship with Nationwide.
