Norma and her team are amazing at quoting you and getting you the best deal! I have been with them for years and highly recommend them!
Norma has been amazingly helpful. A lot of people these days seem to prefer to skip the insurance agent and set things up online, but she's definitely gotten things setup for me that I wouldn't have been able to add to the policy or change online myself. She's also always been prompt about answering any questions I have and thorough in her explanations of what different terms of the policy refer to.
Norma is a life-saver!!! Nationwide raised our business insurance rates like crazy and no one at Nationwide could give us proper information as to why. We then called countless other companies to get quotes to try and switch, but no one would insure our business type (car rental). In comes Norma as a referral to us. She saved the day by getting to the bottom of our Nationwide rate hike and got the underwriters to reexamine and rewrite our policy. It felt like an us against the world situation and Norma was our hero!!
