Been with this company many years. Have my home and both vehicles with them. Last year they raised my auto $40 a month because they said it was industry wide increases. This year $60 a month and same reason. I have no tickets and never filed a claim. $334 a month for my two vehicles. State Farm quoted me $192 and that’s without a discount for bundling my home. $140 less!!! Screw this place and their lack of customer service and retention.
Yall are terrible! That debris is a pile of trimmed and fallen branches and trees that we have not been able to burn due to personal health issues and burning restrictions in the area....despicable
I would 1000% recommend them. They are SO kind and understanding. I genuinely feel like they care. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
