I made the mistake of gaining coverage with them through Kelly a few years ago. This is the WORST insurance agency I have ever used! Without our permission or knowledge, they have increased our coverage/ premium every year since we became a customer and added products that we have never aaked for or consented to. Because of them our mortgage has doubled and is now in peril of foreclosure. I highly advise not using this office and If you do, keep a close eye on EVERYTHING. If you ever have doubts about not getting the best prices, don't. This is by far the best insurance deal provider. I just worked with Charlamaine, and she provided my friend with the best deal he could get for someone without an insurance history. All other offers paled in comparison with what Nationwide Insurance provided us with. Also, their customer service is top notch. Highly recommend their services.
