I smell scammers aka possibility stealing information. Some if not most of these 5 star reviews are bots... Rep said her name was the same as mine Said she was going to call me back with quote in an hour - no call back Plus had already been on hold more than 10 minutes before somebody with a fake name even answered I was just about to hang up - always follow your gut... If you're looking for a 5 star agent look no further Mrs Ruthie Arnold is your go to. Mrs Ruthie is very professional and she knows her stuff she has always pointed me in the right direction with my insurance selections. If I had my way I'd nominate Mrs Ruthie as the people's choice amongst insurance agents. My family and I moved away from albany my husband was with geico when he decided to switch I told him I'll help find us a different insurance when all the while I knew I was going to call on Mrs Ruthie. :)
