It was not a good experience
I used to be a very happy customer. However, over the last two years not so much. I requested reviews of my insurance because it keeps going up in huge amounts. I get no answers. I know the state is not doing $100 increase on safe drivers during 6 months renewals. ( Nationwide) I have asked to change companies and was not offered any other companies to make my own choice.
