If Dean Cook would spend a few minutes telling his employees how to treat customers then he wouldn't have to spend his time replying and saying the "reviews aren't based on real customers". Hey Dean, try accepting the fact that your employees messed up and apologize for their abhorrent treatment of a senior citizen on the sidewalk. Look at the copy paste reply they will give.
These folks have been seen flipping folks the bird who are simply walking down the sidewalk in front of their buisness. What a miserable public display.
