I have been a client of Ronallo insurance for a very long time. Erica has been my agent forever. They are all wonderful people. Erica has helped me with claims, explained my policies to me and has always been professional. More importantly she and everyone else i have spoken with has been friendly and kind. A very unusual thing in insurance. Erica and her associates should be very proud.
Erica is the best! Had an issue with insurance and she assisted me immediately (even though she was not in the office!!!). She responds asap! Have been a happy client for years!
I've been using their agency for over 10 years for home and auto. Erica is amazing. She's always fast and responsive. She helps me find a lower rate when the premiums start creeping up.
