I have been a customer of Jeff Kaplan agency for many years. Brenda, Scott, and the whole team there have helped to resolve a problem for me. The service is always friendly, professional, and helpful. If you have an issue over Nationwide however, they can’t always help. Just know that an agency is an agency, and not the insurance company.
I've been dealing with Jeff for more than 20 years and later with Scott Pegg when he came on board. They are both attentive and professional also helpful whenever they can.
