James Miles has been my insurance agent for more than 10 years. He is one of the best I have ever seen in town as James will be always available to clarify our queries. More than that every time I call him, he finds excellent better deal to save some money. James gives lot of personal time to his customers. Definitely I recommend him and appreciate his customer support.

I have had my car and home insurance with James and his associates since they opened. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with the office and they have gone above and beyond in ever occasion to make sure my family has been satisfied. Great experience with James. Transferred my policies from another agency. He handled everything quickly and even got my premium reduced simply by asking a few relevant questions. Great guy. Knows his stuff and really cares. Highly recommended.

Great person to work with for Nationwide auto insurance. He worked lowest premium for me compared to Geico or Progressive. And took care of subsequent changes without affecting the premium much. I referred few friends to him and they too were happy with his service. Highly recommended!
