Great experience with James. Transferred my policies from another agency. He handled everything quickly and even got my premium reduced simply by asking a few relevant questions. Great guy. Knows his stuff and really cares. Highly recommended.
Great person to work with for Nationwide auto insurance. He worked lowest premium for me compared to Geico or Progressive. And took care of subsequent changes without affecting the premium much. I referred few friends to him and they too were happy with his service. Highly recommended!
Worse people around town, don’t ever used them for any policy. I cancel my policy a month ago and is still active, I submit my request by phone by fax in writing, and still active, they charge my account with out my permission. Now they are saying is going to take 2 weeks to get my money back. They don’t take responsibility for their mistakes they make. If I could give them a zero star I would without thinking twice.
