Once they get your money you can forget about service. My so-called agent didn't give the corporate people my new address, so when I moved I didn't get the refunds on my previous policies for a month and that was only after I spent HOURS straightening out the mess. Also, my so-called agent gave corporate my email address with ".cm" instead of ".com" so I couldn't access my account online until I spent time correcting that mistake. Just got off the phone with Lessa, she really took the time to go over our existing policies and show how she could save us over $800 a year. We have been with our other agency for 30 yrs and now we are switching to Nationwide. Job well done Leesa.
