Nationwide Insurance Greatest Agent – You wont go wrong with Nationwide Insurance- James Miller. I was able to save on my Auto Insurance, Renters Insurance, and Life Insurance. The also have commercial insurance and insurance for renters. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a good deal on insurance. We never filed an insurance claim for ANYTHING, EVER. They JACKED the premium in the second year and then tried to again in the third year. We switched to Andover Insurance with an agent in Concord and they saved us 44 PERCENT! NATIONWIDE is a rip-off.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! – After being with Terry Warren Nationwide Insurance for 18 years, auto and home, I paid my car insurance online. Apparently I transposed some numbers and the payment was not sent. Terry Warren's staff could not even be bothered to call me but instead, CANCELED my auto policy. I recieved notice 2 days later of the cancelation. In NC if you are without auto insurance you are fined $50/car...I have 3...$150.00. Then to add insult to injury, I get a bill from Terry Warren for $210.00 for the 2 days ... read more
