Put all of my trust in this agency for all of my insurance needs. Unfortunately their underwriter dropped the ball on me, when I was asking for quotes on a new property. Mr. Fahey was extremely professional and understanding, however it doesn't excuse his underwriter's neglect of my needs, which goes against their mission statement. I canceled my 4 policies, and moved onto a hopefully more competent agency.
