Had to call them three times and email them twice to cancel my home insurance. They lost trust, so I literally remained on the line until I had a cancellation confirmation. Ended up going elsewhere for half the cost. Had a snafu with the other place and the mortgage company. Fixed that snafu, but found that my mortgage company would have bought new coverage, with a lapse, for $2400 less than the yearly premium I was paying here.
