I have had car insurance with this company since 1998 and homeowner insurance with this company since 2006. Today I received a letter canceling my homeowners insurance due to the fact that I had two claims last year. Apparently that is to many. I have had 4 claims in total since 2006. I have called around to get insurance somewhere else and I am told I am red flagged for frequency of use. How do insurance companies get away with this? How is this legal?
