Not a review for local nationwide office but for national nationwide....Been trying to get ahold of nationwide for 4 weeks. I am placed on hold and then after I wait the message says "Sorry, we are having problems, call back later." I finally did their call back thing instead of waiting on hold and when it called me back it said "We are sorry but there is an unexpected problem with your call, please try again later!" ? I transferred my insurance from Safeco to Columbia about 2 years ago. Although I thought I had adequate coverage, the agent convinced me to increase everything. Lucky I did! Was recently hit by a young driver with not enough insurance and received $150k in medical bill reimbursement I wouldn't have had on my prior policy. Can't thank them enough! DB
