I have been a customer of the various iterations of this company for 3 decades. I have paid my premiums in a timely fashion and have had no claims. I recently had an issue with my renewal and requested a review. It took nearly a month to get a meeting to discuss my issues. As it turns out Beach Insurance does not have an office but rents a conference room at a law office. There is no sign or indication anywhere that they are at the advertised address.
