Things were good at first, however, there is little to no accountability when they make a mistake. The level of professionalism is good until you point out there mistakes. They will not take responsibility for errors they have caused.
Jenni was great! She explained all our options well and found us a bundled insurance policy (autos, home, umbrella) at a big yearly savings with better coverage than we previously had with our old insurance company. We are so pleased and thankful for all her help.
Jenni is great to work with. She is always looking for ways to help reduce costs and find the best provider for our insurance needs. She does her due diligence and runs comparisons between providers to meet our expectations. She did all this without being asked. Great customer service; it has been great to have Jenni watching out for us!
This process was so incredibly easy. I was with my old Auto/RV/Home insurance company for 40 years. Jenni was awesome! She is smart, very personable, and stays in communication through out. She found us a great deal with a well known carrier at over 50% savings! Would hesitate to recommend Jenni at Inszone Insurance Services.
