First of all the first minute I walked into his office he made me feel welcome and spoke as if we knew each other for years. I did the same but he was still getting the job done and each paper he went over it thoroughly with me before signing. I absolutely💯 give him 10 star review if I could.
Only reason one star is given is because of Nationwide as a company. Brian K Stennett does not deserve even a half a star. He does not answer calls for the number he has listed on his office door and claims he did not receive messages. He does not keep appt times and will call late in the evening with no regards to inconvenience to the customer.
