I have had Nationwide homeowners insurance with Bob since 2002 when I bought my home in Timberlake. I am a teacher and wanted my daughter to attend Larkspur Middle. Bob and his assistant Marcia have been excellent. Anytime I called or stopped by the office with a question, I got excellent customer service. I recommend Bob completely!
The assistant is very rude and a liar !!! Be careful if you have to cancel your insurance with them.
My mom loves this place. She has been dealing with this agent for a very long time !
