By far the worst agent I've ever had. If I had a dollar for every time I've tried calling them and they don't answer the phone, I'd never have to pay for insurance again out of pocket !!
Never emailed dealer in Ohio new insurance cards on a Thursday. They were closed the next day and Monday as well for Martin Luther King day. Drove 4 hours to dealer to be told no insurance cards to drive car home!!!!
I am appalled that Nationwide would allow such poor quality and deficient customer service under the umbrella of their name. The Hollamby Agency has my homeowners policy transferred from another state (which I've had for 20+ years). I left an electronic message 3 weeks ago that although electronically "we'll be in touch soon" haven't heard a peep. This has been the case since one competent person left 2 years ago.
