I called for car insurance , and didn't get an answer, within 5mins they called me back asked a few questions, the person then states let me find the best insurance for you. "So I hold on, not long, for 2min"... then was told, sorry we don't have an agent you can speak to; have a good day. And it was I over! Just like that! Bad business train your agents. So as I'm writing thissomeone calls me again just to tell me they don't have and agent to assist me again. I'm blocking them just like that.
Terrible customer service. Just called for info lady tried to rush me off the phone then just hangs up. Says I have the wrong office but doesn’t give me the number?? What is the point of having the info on this page and it’s not correct??? Never mind. Don’t call them. Not good people. No manners for potential customers. Rude!!! If you don’t wanna work stay home.
