Not happy at all with them... many years ago they suggested to "diversify" by breaking up IRA contributions into multiple funds, as a result have lost thousands of dollars in fees over the years. Recently just moved them into another company to consolidate them, guess what... got charged another $105 per fund to close them out, causing hundreds in additional costs in fees. What a ripoff!
