They are not responsive. I haven’t got my insurance card and I tried to contact them, but all the time they are away from desk or in a meeting as their answering machine says even the front desk.

Big shout out to Lorena and Angie at the Mark Boles Agency. They both went above and beyond to help me sort out an issue with the Nationwide corporate offices that resulted in my lapse of coverage. They both not only put in extra hours but kept my informed throughout the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone.
