If I knew then what i know now, I would have asked my fiance, who was also my daughter's godfather to not set up the Annuity for her with you guys. You have given me nothing but a run around. My child is a minor until May of next year. I am her mother, but you have chosen to give me a run around just to ask questions on her behalf for her. I have held a nationwide pet insurance policy since 2019, all was great until a couple weeks ago. When I had an emergency with my Labrador that unfortunately ended in goodbyes.
