I jumped through a the hoops took and sent the pictures and all the other info Elliot asked for. A week later after not hearing any thing. I called Elliot he appoliges and says he will get me equates right away but asked if I would accept insurance from other brands beacause Nationwide was not very good anymore. I said Ok another week I get crickets.

I visited this particular agent/broker a week ago. After taking my data down and having a conversation about my desire for new car insurance he said he would call me the next day and inform me of my options. I waited for 7 days and never received a call back. I made it a point to visit him on the seventh day and when confronted about the absence of a call back he stumbled over his words and made various excuses about why he hadn't communicated with me including stating not finding better options for me (among others).
