My experience with James and staff has always been pleasant. You feel valued as a customer and not just a number. I am always greeted with a smile and conversation about family and friends. He actually reviews coverage and policies and looks for cheaper rates. I feel blessed I walked in the door years ago.
Not helpful at all, did not call back as promised and when I called again they told me they could not write a policy for a log home. Wanted to buy local but no joy. Called USAA and had the decleration page the next day.
