Don’t come here. I think they switched locations because it’s now listed as a PT clinic and they didn’t pick up the phone when J called during business hours.

I used to rate the agency 5 stars, but this has changed to 2 stars since Theresa retired. I found out by shopping around that I was paying more than double what I should be paying for 2 vehicles & I was also overpaying for homeowners insurance. I've been a customer for over 20 years due to my parents' relationship with the agency since I was a small kid. I shopped around for my parents & found they were also overpaying for car & home. I used to swear by this agency. The customer service was always superb. However, my agent Theresa Thomas has now left. She was amazing returned phone calls, she updated me on new insurance laws/updates home owners and auto. I didn’t find out I had a new agent until I had a water claim in September. My new agent never sent anything out saying she was taking over Mrs. Thomas’s clients or anything. I had Mrs. Thomas for over 15 years.
