No service after the sale. I had 2 cars insured with them for 21 years. I paid over $2K in full every 6 months. Then I did not renew because I found a better rate and cancelled BEFORE the renewal date. I received a bill for a fake "balance" of several hundred dollars, which I did not owe. I called Mike Elliott office and they knew nothing about anything (they said they had "NO IDEA") and told me to contact the Nationwide company. Had a severe leak in my house and they told me to deal with nationwide. Don't expect any help from this agency. They told me to call nationwide and if I have any issues I an the one who has to solve my own problems. Not really sure what service I get for using this agency. Sad
