My accident was caused by a person who was apparently uninsured and did not report to the nearby Chicago Police District office. I believe that it is the duty of an insurance company to locate these uninsured drivers and hold them accountable for an accident they caused. Filing a claim was easy however sending photos with a cell phone would freeze. However, photos can be sent over the website.
