i definitely would NEVER EVER recommend this agency to anybody ! ever since i met kevin, he has also had a snobby attitude, cutting you off, acting like he knows it all . then dealing with his agent sue, she can be the same way, usually not always but frequently yes . i had recently been texting with sue regarding my insurance & never received a response back . the first time was on 9/17 . i had to call which was on 9/30 for me to get an actual answer for one part of my question . then on 10/1 i just decided to switch with p... read more
Kevin was exceptionally professional and easy to deal with! Beside saving me a considerable amount on both auto and home policies we did everything over the phone and the process couldn’t have been easier to handle. I would and have recommended Kevin to my family and friends!
Wow, the reviews on Kevin are either top or bottom. I can't speak for others, but my experience so far (only a short time) has been terrific. He significantly reduced our cost of both homeowner's and auto. He got documents to us in a timely manner and handled all our concerns. I did have to ask a lot of questions, but I believe that was/is my responsibility as we shopped around. Hopefully the good service continues for the future.
Beautiful corner store
Worst insurance guy ever! After telling me he'd get my quote to me in a "few hours", I was finally able to track him down a week and a half later. After giving him my info once again, he became rude when I questioned his professionalism, screamed at me and then hung up the phone.
